Stepping into Fall and Studio Update #2, Today

“I'm so glad I live in a world where there are Octobers.”

Here at 6100 feet above sea level, Fall is beginning to show herself. The beauty around me on most days stops me in my tracks, makes me silent, move a bit slower...

Fall in New Mexico marks the beginning and the end of Green Chile season, a staple equivalent to air! (no kidding)

If you'd like the recipe for green and/or red chile, please comment, and I'll be happy to send it to you.

Today at 5:00 PM, MST I will be having a studio update in my store. I built some really beautiful jewelry that I am very happy with.  Slab earrings are a part of this update and were the first pieces of jewelry I made in the 1970's when I began my jewelry career. Making them again was a wonderful experience and I hope you enjoy them as much as I do
